I am going to be starting from February Mindfulness Classes in Troon . Mindfulness is easy and a great way to reduce stress, regulate emotions and to live a more fulfilling life . I am going to be delivering an 8 week course in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction as designed by John Kabat Zinn.
I will be keeping the groups small so that it is comfortable and relaxed for everyone and that the maximum benefit can be gained from those who attend .
